When the hotel of customer choice is not available or fully booked, the status of the booking will be shown as “Alternative Hotel Offered “. The Reservation Team will offer alternative hotel with availability to the customer for consideration and process the new booking (the alternative hotel offered is based on First come First serve basis). In this case there will be two status of the same booking which is “Confirmed “ and “ Alternative Hotel Offered “. In order to reduce the redundant information in the Partner’s account, the booking status of “Alternative Hotel Offered “will display in the account only until the check-in date.

Remark :

• A default language can be set by selecting the code in the language version you wish it to appear on your site

• Domain names, related to specific hotel names are NOT permitted in ido24.com Failure to comply will result in removal of the domain without prior notice. In severe or repeated cases, the complete account will be terminated.

• Payments are monthly settled (on the 10 th of every month), Amounts below 3,000 Baht will be added to the following month. Bookings with check-in in the future are not included.

• Payout is based on check-in date per booking. Partners located in Thailand must send proper receipts within 14 days for the amount received. Failure of sending in receipts will result in a 7% Vat deduction in the following month
